Barcelona, die Hauptstadt
Kataloniens ist die zweitgrößte Stadt Spaniens. Die Einwohner sehen sich jedoch
mehr als Katalaner als Spanier und dies spiegelt sich in ihrer Sprache, dem
Essen und auch in der Lebensart dieser vor Lebensfreude sprühenden Stadt wider.
Diese Stadt bietet Hafen (immer die Grundlage multikultureller Städte) samt
dazugehöriger Strandpromenade und das alles gleich anschließend an eine
pulsierende Altstadt. Gleichzeitig offeriert diese Stadt die größte Anzahl an
Sehenswürdigkeiten moderner Architektur seit den Anfängen des 20. Jahrhunderts.
Für die Erkundung ist der Barcelona Bus Turistic sehr zu empfehlen. Bus Turistic
wird auf zwei Linien geführt und teilt Barcelona in die rote und blaue Linie.
Eine Tageskarte für eine Linie kostet € 14,00 pro Person, man kann auch ein
Ticket für beide Linien zu einem Pauschalpreis erwerben. Mit dem Ticket erhält
man ein Discount-Booklet mit verbilligten Eintrittsgutscheinen zu den
Sehenswürdigkeiten, Essensgutscheinen, etc. Die Doppeldeckerbusse (mit offenem
zweiten Stock) fahren die wichtigsten touristischen Punkte ab und man kann
jederzeit aus- und zusteigen oder sich einfach am sonnigen Aussichtsdach des
Busses durch Barcelona kutschieren lassen.

catalans then spanisch and show this in their language, the cooking and as well
their lifestyle in this vibrant city.This city offers a harbour
(the basis of all multicultural cities) plus beachpromenade and leisure zone.
All that just attached to a pulsating historic city center. Also, this
city offers the most examples of modern architecture since the beginning of the
20th century.
To explore Barcelona, the
Bus Turstic Tours are very recommended. Bus Touristic has two lines and
therefore divides Barcelona in the red and blue line. One day ticket costs €
14,00 p.P., you can also buy a ticket for both lines at a reduced price.
Together with the bus ticket you get a discount-book offering discounts on
entrance fees, as well as restaurant vouchers, etc. The double floored busses
have an open deck and cover all important touristic sites. You can hop off and
on or just relax on the sunny deck and be chauffeured through Barcelona.
